Happy Pancake Day

This is not a drill, the best day of the year (arguably), is here. Let's face it, there's nothing like a homemade stack smothered in syrup with your favourite fruit.

Whether you have it for breakfast, dinner, supper or all three, Shrove Tuesday is the day we get to unapologetically devour pancakes.

If you're worried about disappointing the fam with flat, thin stacks, we've found the fluffiest recipe around to help you out. 

So let's get to it:


2 Cups Almond Flour

4 Tsps Baking Powder

1/2 Tsp Salt

2 Tbls Sugar

2 Tbsl Oil

2 Eggs

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1.5 Cups Warm Milk


1. Mix Dry Ingredients

2. Mix Wet Ingredients

3. Combine In A Bowl

4. Heat Griddle Low-Medium Heat & Add Batter To Desired Sizes

5. Flip Once Medium Brown

6. Smother With Walden Farms Pancake Syrup 

7. Top With Fruit, Berries or Cream & Enjoy!
